Brotherhood

We all joined the Fraternity to create connections with others. At times, this can be difficult. We see this in some chapters who express concern with Brotherhood engagement and in alumni who may feel disconnected from the Fraternity. There are a few ways I’d like to build on the improved engagement we’ll get from better communication and revised education to drive more connection within our Brotherhood.

Make LEAD events more affordable and closer to more Brothers so it’s easier to experience the depth and breadth of the Delta Sigma Pi network.
Expand the National Alumni Development Committee’s Affinity Group pilot program, so we can create a LinkedIn for Deltasigs with industry and career specific networking groups.
