Good communication can make a world of difference. It can smooth the sting of tough decisions, help better ideas come to life, and most importantly ensure that we’re prioritizing the things that will best benefit our Brothers today, and help the Fraternity move forward tomorrow.

My goal is to bring the boardroom to you, bring your voice to the boardroom, and give you an opportunity to provide feedback in multiple ways by…

• Providing slides for chapter meeting agendas, along with talking points that highlight discussions the Board is having, questions they are looking to answer, risks the fraternity may be facing along with updates on things like webinars and educational resources that are coming up.. We’ll also provide a way for Presidents to send us the feedback they are hearing to help in bringing the voice of our members to strategic and operational planning.

• Increasing the usage of feedback loops like frequent Brotherhood Promoter Score surveys (1-5 ranking asking how is your experience and how can we do better).

• Leveraging Town Halls where we have an opportunity to provide some color commentary to the slides provided to the chapters, dive into concern areas highlighted in the surveys, and get perspectives of alumni who may not be part of physical alumni chapters.
